Specified process to be followed to change the registered office address is prescribed at Companies Act. Consent from shareholders and approval from concerned RoC is mandatory for registered office change and the process of registered office change depends on where to the office is shifted to, ie: within the city, within the jurisdiction of RoC or to other State.
