    2. When should the RoC be informed about the change in registered office?

    Answer:
    The ROC must be notified of the change within 30 days of moving premises by filing the appropriate documents. If the office is shifted outside the state, prior approval from both the ROC and Regional Director (RD) is required. Accendoz
